Actalya is a Belgian property company active in the residential, retail and office sectors. Actalya is active in residential, retail and office property, either through ownership or purchase, energy-efficient renovation and resale. By mid-2024, its assets totalled around €30 million.
Since the end of June 2024, Actalya has entered a new market, that of building envelope renovation, with the acquisition of Vimar (www.vimar.be), the leading company in this field in the Brussels region, with the ambition of making it a major player in Belgium and neighbouring countries.

Actalya mainly looks for small and medium-sized properties located in urban and suburban areas.

Actalya owns a portfolio of shops and offices located in Brussels and Louvain-La-Neuve.

Actalya holds a mix of food retail, hospitality and personal service assets.
This type of retail space meets a need for proximity and allows for rapid replenishment. This type of retail space is expected to grow with the development of urban deliveries and the move away from car use.
Portfolio offices meet the same criteria, they are directly accessible on foot, in direct proximity to a station, and are well integrated into a dense environment of housing and shops.
Developments
Actalya has been involved in the development of more than 30,000 m² of housing and office space in recent years. The selected projects are both construction and rehabilitation projects.
Actalya manages the entire project and raises the necessary financing for its realization, or partners with a co-developer who manages the project from the permit stage.
